Event Description

Grab your friends, bring your H2P spirit, and head over to the Cathedral Lawn at 8:00 PM on Thursday, August 31st to kick off the 2023 football season. Complete with fireworks, impressive performances, and appearances from some of our favorite Pitt Panthers, the Bonfire is one celebration you don’t want to miss. This event is a collaboration between Pitt Athletics, Pitt Facilities Management, Pitt Environmental Health and Safety, Panther Pitt, Student Government Board, Black Action Society, Blue & Gold Society, and Pitt Police. All Pitt Program Council events are open to all undergraduate Pitt students with a valid (Oakland) Student ID.
