Event Description

Join Pitt Program Council for “An Evening with Ross Lynch” on Tuesday, April 9th at 8:30 p.m. in the Assembly Room of the William Pitt Union! This event will include a 45-minute moderated Q&A followed by 15 minutes for audience questions. Tickets are $10 (CASH/CHECK ONLY) and can be picked up in the Pitt Program Council office starting Monday, March 25th at 8:30 a.m. while supplies last. Each student can pick up two tickets and must present their Pitt ID to receive the tickets. You and the person you get the ticket for must present Pitt IDs on the night of the event. Any line prior to 8:00 am must form down the ramp and around the side of the left side of the 5th avenue William Pitt Union entrance. Anyone inside the union prior to 8 am will be moved to the back of the line.

Ross Lynch starred in the Netflix series The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina from Greg Berlanti, based on the popular comic. Along with his successful acting career, Ross is the lead singer of the recording and touring group The Driver Era, which just wrapped a sold-out tour. Lynch can most recently be seen in Marc Meyers’ feature My Friend Dahmer, for which Ross and the film received rave reviews. He was also the lead in Offspring Entertainment’s Status Update for Scott Speer and Voltage. Ross also recently starred in The Hollywood Bowl’s production of A Chorus Line. Ross is best known for Disney Channel’s hit series Austin & Ally, a role that earned him three Kids Choice Awards for “Favorite TV Actor”, a Teen Choice Award for “Choice TV Actor: Comedy, and the Number 1 spot on iTunes for the Austin & Ally soundtrack. He also starred in Disney Channel’s incredibly successful original movie franchise Teen Beach Movie (1 & 2). In addition to his acting and music, Ross is a competitive hockey player who has appeared at NHL celebrity event games.
